The Chrysalis offers support for the journey of conscious evolution and spiritual healing, including philosophical teachings, a framework for understanding karma and destiny through astrology, earth-based healing modalities for our spiritual and emotional wounding, and several tools and examples of engaging in creative catharsis to channel sacred rage, common in women. I share lessons learned from my own experiences and also share my lyrics through song. Music has become an integral part of my own healing and I hope it will also become part of yours. Through this journey, I found my soul again amongst the cacophony of my wounding and what I offer here is simply the wisdom I gleaned from the 20 years I spent surfing monster waves of trauma, change, and emotional healing.
