Hi Friends, My name is Bek and welcome to The Rashidies. As a mum to 4 beautiful children - Amira, Zoe, Finneas and Edmund - and a Primary School Teacher who loves neuroscience there are many parents of parenting I love to share. Since finishing the season of growing our family; our focus is how are we going to build sustainable, healthy habits around the home. We are also exploring how we can parent our kids so that we are able to create solid relationships as a family unit as well as making memories together.
