Thank you for your interest. The duration of the program is 90 days, I charge $59 (one time payment only) for a customized diet, based on your body weight. It will include a 7 day schedule of carb cycling which will have all your meals with portion sizes and a supplement plan as well. I'll ask for progress pics every 2 weeks and tweek the diet if I need to free of charge. And most important I am here for 90 days answering any questions and concerns.
