Dallas Traveling Private Chef and Boutique Caterer Born and raised on a farm in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina, I mastered the art of cooking and entertaining from my grandmothers, Annie Florence and Gertrude. With over almost 30 years of diverse experience in the food and hospitality industry, I studied Food and Beverage Management at Johnson and Wales University and Events Management at George Washington University. I have traveled extensively and had the honor of planning and serving delicious meals to many celebrities, Heads of State, Supreme Court Justices, Senators, Government Officials and Dignitaries. I take my craft seriously, and my only desire is to serve delicious food with amazing flavor profiles that will satisfy your palate.
