As a mental wellness activist, my goal is to share knowledge about Logotherapy, exchange experiences of real life instances that can inspire, motivate and encourage others dealing with the subject to come forward and openly talk and seek help, in areas of mental health. I reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and cater to clients one-to-one (in-person & online), I conduct group therapies and corporate training programs and also teach regularly at educational institutions.
