I am a fitness professional and I have been teaching classes for 34 years. This channel and videos came out of a need during the 2020 Pandemic. I am a professional fitness instructor but this is not a professional video. Work at your own speed and enjoy the craziness of my house. Please check with your health care professional before starting any exercise program. I realize there is a copyright claim on most of my videos because I do not own the rights to the fitness music I use that I have purchased through iTunes.
