I created this channel for people like myself who don't always have time to go to the gym but still want a challenging workout with a group fitness feel. A little about me: I am a cycling instructor, mom of three young kids, wife and ICU nurse. Life is crazy but I believe that carving out a space in your day for exercise is so important and is something that you will not regret doing for yourself! One of my favorite things about indoor cycling classes is that it doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey--whether it is your first time on a bike or this is your tenth year riding in the Tour de France--everyone can walk away from the same class having had an amazing workout! Please take a look at my intro videos, especially if indoor cycling is something outside your wheelhouse (sorry for the pun!).
