J's Food Lab is created for you by us '3 sisters' living in 3 different countries - Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and The United Kingdom. When we decided to start this project, each one of us would experiment with different recipes and cuisines in our kitchens, discuss the outcomes and share our delicious tried & tested dishes. We wanted to make everyday eating more exciting, and challenge ourselves to learn to make things we hadn't before. We were lucky enough to grow up with the most incredible food and health influence : Our MOM who reminds us that healthy, home cooked meals are the best way to go. We’ve always been inspired by her love for gardening and cooking with fresh home-grown goodies. Being Indian natives and spending most of our lives in the middle east, we share a special love towards the Arabian and Indian cuisines. Not to forget our love for fusion foods.
