Welcome to my channel! Throughout my entire life, I've struggled with my weight and a healthy relationship with food. It had prevented me from living to my fullest potential and one day I said, "enough is enough"! Although I am still on my way to becoming the person I always wanted to be, I am proud of the person I have become so far. I created this channel because I know there are a lot of people out there suffering just as I did and if you're one of these people, I am determined to be your guide. We can do this together and I look forward to sharing our successes no matter how big or small.
