Thanks for checking out my channel! I love fitness and working out. I love to cook and I love food. I'm all about real food and home cooking. To me, eating healthy means eating mostly whole foods, and not over eating. It's all about balance. I want to prove to you that eating healthy doesn't have to mean eating boring tasteless food. Eating healthy also doesn't mean eliminating food groups from your diet. I'm a certified trainer and ex figure and fitness model competitor. I have a BFA from Michigan State University and worked in advertising for for over 14 years. My biggest pet peeve is food waste! My husband and I have two kids and we live in Michigan.
