Welcome friends ❤️ I create videos about Simple and low impact living in a wee country cottage in the Highlands of Scotland. Along with my partner Adam, we are developing a lifestyle based on the principles of Permaculture in a part, home based economy. Adam is a talented engineer and I have over 20 years experience working within our Health and Social Care services. I have been able to use the therapeutic benefits of growing plants, being in green spaces and reconnecting with the soil to aid individual wellbeing . I myself live with an autoimmune condition and have being getting back to an authentic, frugal and mindful lifestyle over many years.
