I am never bored when it comes to food. I don't cook straight traditional steps, I like to simplify but it have to be flavorful before it makes it in my recipes instructional film that I enjoy sharing. I am just happy to be able to explore and share what I love doing. I'm always on the go so there are times I can't spend 2 to 3 hrs cooking so yes I have to modify but that doesn't mean loose the authenticity of that food. I'm all about taste over the imagine of the food. It may look great together on Camera but does it really work together in the taste pilot and that matter most to me. I love bold flavors, I love eating somethings that give me that continuous I want more or I'm craving it. I hope my video helps people that is always looking for food ideas or just doesn't have time to spend hrs in the Kitchen. Well I hope you ENJOY!!!!
