Cary Williams is the CEO of B&B Method, founder of Tussle, an Olympic level Boxing coach and former boxer. She grew a chain of boxing clubs in Northern California and now resides in Santa Monica, CA. She has been in numerous magazines and publications including SHAPE, FHM, Men's Fitness, STRONG, Entrepreneur, Inc., New York Times, USA Today and even graced the cover of Muscle & Fitness HERS. She has also been on television shows such as Fear Factor, Fit2Fat2Fit, The Doctors and many more. Cary Williams will be bringing you boxing tips, boxing for beginners, boxing combinations, boxing workouts, weight training for women and more!
