Welcome to my Channel! I am a dancer, educator, and scholar. I am passionate about dancing and teaching. This channel is dedicated to share my passion with the world, make dance and workout as accessible as possible on a global platform, and connect people through movement. My videos are beginner and family friendly, and can easily be performed from the comfort of our home. I post videos at least twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
