A Porsche 911 S brought Manuel Carrillo III home from the hospital after he was born, so it's no surprise his lifelong trajectory has centered on cars, leading him to a robust career writing for publications such as Robb Report, DUB Magazine, Motor1, Motor Authority and Roadshow by CNET prior to co-hosting Seduced by Speed on MotorTrend. Manuel, a Southern California native, began his media career in radio in 2007, which meant inside access to events and concerts, not to mention several Playboy Mansion parties. Over the past decade, he has also lived in Australia and Bali. When not traveling the world reviewing the latest exotic cars, Manuel spends his free time practicing piano, piling up running/hiking miles, and keeping a close ear to the underground music scene.
