My goal in life is to control what I can and to hell with what I cannot...Those obstacles that come your way become the way. Live by your deeds and not words (acta non verba). Decades of communications experience in TV news, public relations, marketing, and most of all storytelling. I enjoy telling and showing honest, descriptive, meaningful stories through poetry, short stories, video, or sand drawings with a stick. Make the message matter! Lover of animals, English football, and non-pretentious philosophy. Dislikes are pretentious, mean, self-centered people. One of my favorite quotes is from Winston Churchill, “If you’re going through hell, keep going!” Proud to work in suicide prevention. There is always someone to talk to #988.
