I am presenting cooking and food preservation videos to food lovers. I am using traditional preparation methods and making different dishes and beverages. Back to Ceylon is my experience and I am focusing on the scientific information of the traditional background of cooking and preservation and try to provide nutritional and healthy dishes through my cooking. Out door cooking is my passion and I am presenting you food types belongs to different cultures since the eating patterns are totally dissimilar among cultures. Traditional cooking methods practiced by villagers are awesome and mouthwatering, so that I am using those methods to make you aware on that. We have heard about some food items form folk stories only. I want to make those realistic and transform to future generation who loves cooking. Solid foods, drinks, vegetables, fruits, desserts, sweets, spices and condiments, grains and pulses and much more are presenting in one platform. Thank You!
