Having sold their tree nursery property (after back to back hail storms) they purchased 18ac in Jan 2020, bringing 1000 self-grown trees, including 80 olives, naming the property ‘Olea’ (O-Lee-Ya), the botanical name for olive. On arrival, the home was not connected to running water (the previous owners turned off the connection rather than fix a leak in pipes under slab). The concrete swimming pool had cancer, the upstairs verandahs rotten. Meanwhile, a world wide pandemic was just claiming it’s first victims..
