I am a health coach and fitness instructor living in Colorado. I changed careers from Corporate life to health and wellness because I enjoy helping others find their best self! I am wife and mother to a 13 month old baby girl I want to share what I've learned along the way and how I incorporate a healthy lifestyle into my crazy routine. I will be featuring my nutrition secrets for grocery shopping, food labeling, meal prep, healthy food on the go, healthy travel food and so much more. I will also be sharing my current workouts and also including pre-postnatal and how I'm getting my body back after my first baby.
