Sunnah Strength Fitness is a organisation dedicated to support the Community in the goals of getting strong, healthy & fit. It’s a reality channel, what we mean by this is we could be fat or muscular, fit or unfit, healthy or unhealthy…you get the drift. We will show what we really do & eat - fried/lean chicken, veg, curry, chips, rice, anything & everything. Don’t forget drinking fizzy drinks, water but no alcohol…of course. We want to show the struggle we all can go through, the challenges we face but we try and stay fit, healthy & a reasonable size. We could fail a hundred times but we keep going, we try but we NEVER GIVE UP!!! We want to reach our viewers by talking about various topics including fitness, giving advice on how to perform exercises and good diet.
