My name is Asher Messer, I am a 19 y/o aspiring Power-Builder. I train first to be as strong as possible, while also being aesthetic and focusing on overall athleticism. I struggled a lot growing up but through resiliency and mentorship from others I became a confident, driven young man relentlessly dedicated to making himself better every day and pursuing his goals. My ultimate goal is to become an Elite Strength Athlete, and to help motivate and inspire others on my journey, living as a testimony that you can overcome, conquer, and achieve anything in life through resilience and the right mentality. The goal of this channel is to educate and motivate, show you my journey, and have a bit of fun along the way.
