Hi, I'm Poulami The person behind Poulami’s Kitchen Tale. I am from Kolkata, now settled in London. I’m not a professional cook. Before marriage I never thought to try my cooking skills. But when I met Prashant, my husband, I discovered that he’s a foodie and so am I. Every other day we try something new and believe me it’s fun!! I am a person who easily gets bored with any regular work and yes, cooking is an everyday task for me, so I decided to make it creative and interesting. Poulami’s Kitchen Tale is my little e-corner where I share all my experiences with you. Please don’t expect that all my recipes will be perfect, just like your favourite restaurant, bakery or sweet shops. No, most of them won’t. I’m here to share my journey with you, how I’m learning new recipes, how those are coming out and I hope you’ll enjoy my story.
