A lot of her cooking comes from experience and learning from the age of seven. Having a single mother who raised two girls on her own she had to start helping. This life battle of a game gave her confidence and survival skills of using what she had on hand in the kitchen/pantry to create delicious meals for her family. Which comes in pretty handy these days as well.
