Hi! My name is Bethany and I started this channel because I wanted to share about my personal health struggles I was going through a few years ago and what I did to start healing naturally! I had horrible acne, worsening asthma, losing hair, heartburn, developing food sensitivities and the list goes on. I felt like I was watching my body deteriorate in front of my eyes and nothing helped until I started working with a naturopath and started to heal through nourishing food, quality supplements and lots of dedication 💪 TODAY! Today I am studying to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in order to one day provide the knowledge and support that I myself found through working with a naturopath. My own health journey lead me to this new found passion for health, healing and sharing it with others! I share lots of gluten-free, dairy-free recipes, non-toxic brands, what I eat in a days and vlogs! I hope you like it here :)
