Hello, and welcome to HackYourHealth! I post videos in hopes of empowering people to improve their own health. I had my own healing experiences from Crohn's disease (IBD) and a fistula (see my videos!) and though both were considered incurable by my doctors, I found ways of healing both. Whether through dietary changes, meditation and emotional growth and awareness, supplementation, yoga, and alternative therapies, I wish to explore the many ways of healing that are seldom discussed at the doctor's office on this channel. I'm particularly interested in sharing information with others who have autoimmune diseases, and what has been helpful to me, including videos about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. My videos are inspired by personal experiences and research, and are intended to support others, but I am not a doctor and am not intending to treat or diagnose, simply to offer ideas and hopefully assist in your research.
