De Anza College always ranks at or near the top statewide in transfers to universities and is recognized nationally for its success rates. The college, established in 1967, is located on a 112-acre site in Cupertino, CA, the heart of Silicon Valley. The college provides more than 22,000 students each quarter with outstanding general education and career courses, including online classes. The college is committed to equity, social justice and multicultural education, as well as civic and community engagement. There are more than 80 student clubs at De Anza and an active student government. Sustainability is a hallmark of the campus, which features nine LEED-certified buildings, including two Platinum and two Silver.
