Hi, I'm Mothergamer. I'm a Filipino Pansexual woman and I'm a variety streamer. Most people call me Mother or Mom which is fine with me since I am a mom and a grandma. I have loved playing video games since I was a kid. One of the first games I ever played was Space Invaders on the Atari 2600. From that moment on, I was hooked. I have lived with depression and anxiety for years and video games have helped a lot when I am having what I call a grey day. I am very open about it because I feel that there needs to be more open discussion about mental health. I talk about mental health and wellness with everyone in my streams often. Open and honest conversations about my own mental health are meant to show others it's okay to not be okay and there is no shame in seeking help from licensed medical professionals.
