Just a regular dude trying to get people to cook a little more. By no means a professional, but love to simplify recipes that seems daunting and get equally delicious results! I've been a home cook for over 5 years now with a voracious appetite for both food itself and getting better. Along the way, I'd love to help everyone cook more at home! For those just starting out and could use some help, let's start working and learning together. The recipes I post will aim to be beginner friendly and simple as can be.
