Hi everyone, my name is Grace and I am a fitness instructor based in London. I have never ever dreamed of posting on youtube in any real way,- I use it to watch other fantastic instructors doing their thing and to learn from them and watch fun stuff!. The day that the lockdown started in London made me realise that I have, over the years, built up a wonderful group of clients both ladies and gentlemen, who have either just discovered barre and fell in love with it, or who have started to really get much stronger or who have had their injury problems eased off by practising barre workout, and I realised that as non- technology savvie as I, I really wish to continue working with whoever who wish to continue. I don't have fancy studio spaces or great equipment in terms of sound or lighting, but what I have are eccentric apartment spaces and hopefully quite a lot of laughs.
