We are Sylvie & Jeff!!!! We are here to inspire and help you take care of your health! Jeff is not really into training and fitness in general and he finally decided to commit and take more care of is physical health. Me, Sylvie, I have been working out from home for almost 5 years, and have lost 30 pounds with 2B mindset, a nutritional and intuitive weight lost program.
