Skeena Diversity Society, non-profit organization located in Terrace, British Columbia, Canada, works primarily with newcomers and immigrants to Canada, provides leadership in building a vibrant community by developing partnerships amongst diverse groups, based on mutual respect and equality. We encourage unity in diversity – respecting individual’s culture and journey while providing opportunities to come together to get to know each other. It is an approach of community connections, developing a sense of belonging and meaning, and of support, coming together as a whole. We work towards making Terrace a more welcoming and inclusive, racism-free community.
