Here at Rosalind Miller Cakes, we’re passionate about cake baking, decorating and everything in between. Rosalind’s design background and love of all things whipped, beaten and baked have earned her the accolade of wedding cake maker of the year, regularly seen our cakes feature in magazines such as Brides and Vogue, and have our products sold in Harrods’ Food Hall. Our cakes have graced celebrations at iconic venues such as the Ritz and the Savoy, we’ve built human-sized gingerbread houses, and we’ve had the honour of catering for royal weddings across the globe. We opened our dedicated London Cake School in 2018 to share our knowledge and expertise, and now we've also introduced online cake courses, designed to equip you with the skills and understanding you need to make it as a professional baker.
