Hello, I’m Kelly. Kris, my son and I like to eat healthy and delicious food. I need it to be affordable too. We both have lots of food sensitivities so I’ve had to learn to cook a whole new way. Unfortunately with gluten, potato, corn and soy on the long no list 90+% of our food has to be homemade. As a full time working Mom with a few side gigs I don’t have lots of time on my hands so most of these recipes and products save me time. They definitely lower the toxicity in our lives and make life easier or better in some way. I am not in the medical field, just a Mom that has done years of research to figure out how to heal my son and myself. This has led us to a whole new world of food, products, knowledge, and ways of healing and living our best life.
