Hello everyone! My name is Jhansi. Welcome to my channel. My passion for cooking started as a young teenager when I used to observe my grandfather and my grandmother’s cooking. I traveled to almost every place in India and the variation in dishes and ingredients always fascinated me. I also used my experience as a chef in other countries to fuse different recipes in my cooking.I wrote many recipes of my new twists and creations to publish them one day which is coming soon! *hint hint* I realized that many other young generations can use my recipes whenever they wanted a quick fix or new twist on their daily foods.
