This is a cooking Channel that will include some of the best Azores Recipes and family favorites. A little about me, I moved to the US from the Azores in 1997, my culture is very important to me and my family and now that I have my little girl it has become one of my passions to be able to show her our culture and teach her everything I know. I have dealt with Infertility for so long and after 20 years I welcomed my little girl into this world, she has showed me so much about what the real meaning of life is and what the best Love in this world is. She was diagnosed shortly after birth with a few heart defects and she was air lifted to UCSF and spent 30 days there to grow and have her first open heart surgery and recover from that, my heart was shattered for her to see her having to fight to hard and man did she fight and conquer my little Warrior, my Life and my World is the whole reason I strive to be better and succeed and I hope I do, I hope I can make her proud.
