My goal is to help you understand the real estate market, if you don't I'm not doing my job. I work full time as a realtor and this business has my full focus. Most of my work has been done in Utah County where I have worked with both buyers and sellers, though my location in north county has also allowed me to work in Salt Lake County, and I am familiar with that market as well. I have experience as a property manager and can help with the unique requirements that can arise when selling or purchasing rental properties. As a buyer's agent I persistently find the newest listings and have helped clients to be the first to find the great deals available in the market. I consistently work in the best interest of my clients and am always available for your questions and requests. As a seller's agent I have been commended for creativity, both traditionally, and in the use of social media in selling properties. I have sold every property that has been listed with me.
