This is a music, film/video, and animation channel featuring original works, edits and remixes, and selected material from a variety of sources and genres. It is an evolving experiment where I quickly generate work with no thematic intentions or restrictions in place. It is also an opportunity to pay tribute to the many people who continue to inspire me. I am artist, writer and teacher based in Brooklyn who trained in electronic music with Gordon Mumma and Peter Elsea at UCSC, has performed various forms of movement, enjoys teaching parents and young children, and is drawn to cross-disciplinary collaborations. I have worked with hip hop artists, choreographers, opera singers, education companies, and research institutes, providing sound design, original compositions, voice over, video post-production, and audio engineering. Currently, I prefer a compact setup, working principally with a field recorder, turntable, suitcase synth, sampler, and laptop. Thanks for visiting!
