The channel was started by Ayurshi Ayurveda team to break with myths surrounding Ayurveda and for the basics of Ayurveda to be understood easily by anyone. We also want to show everyone the uniqueness and specialty of Ayurveda. Through this platform, we plan to take you on a fruitful journey of this wonderful Ancient Medical practice, which will bring everyone one step closer to mother nature.
