Hi I'm Connie and welcome to Connie'sHealthyKitchen! I am a middle-aged mom who has struggled with my weight all my life and I finally decided to take control of my health in 2020. I've lost 80+ pounds (36.2kg) over the course of 9 months all while having to undergo 3 major surgeries. I learned so much during that time that I've decided to share what I've learned with others to help them with their health journeys.
