My name is PV Rajan, I am a Real Estate Investor, CPA and Realtor who helps people learn about personal finance, entrepreneurship and making passive/investment income. I was inspired to start this channel because I became the person I am today through many hard lessons, various experiences, great mentors, constant self education and networking. I want to share my knowledge and my experiences with people in hopes that I can make a positive impact on their financial lives. Personal finance, entrepreneurship and investing for passive income (e.g Real Estate) is not taught in school and many struggle to learn the right way to do this!
