Hi there, it's great to meet you! My name is Karo. Growing up on the German countryside, I was fortunate to have access to a unprocessed, and (thanks to my Mum) really balanced and healthy diet. However, during my teenage years, a series of unfortunate events led me to suffering from severe IBS symptoms for years. In my quest to find a solution to my health issues, I delved deep into the world of nutritional science. Over the years, I've learned a great deal about diet, nutrition, and the importance of a healthy microbiome. In fact, I'm currently training to become a nutritionist!
