The recipes I love to make are sometimes inspired by my Turkish – Circassian background. I was raised in Germany and am living now in Istanbul. How and why I started? I created this website for people who want to try the slow carb diet. And I know it is hard to find many different recipes on this diet, especially in the beginning. Also, many people don’t know about the slow carb diet. I started the slow carb diet 1 year ago. And I got awesome results.
