Premmishrafitness is the ULTIMATE knowledge-Hub & self-help channel. Initially, I started this channel only for fitness as I thought people need this. But later I found that people need more from me via DMs and emails. So I decided to take it further and started covering topics such as Teaching and motivation as well.
