Raw Chef Yin is one of Malaysia's up-and-coming raw vegan chefs. She trained at the world’s first classically structured raw and plant-based culinary school, and is now on a quest to inspire and encourage everyone to make healthy, energising and delicious plant-based meals. Armed with some of the most innovative techniques on raw food preparation, Raw Chef Yin is constantly crafting her very own raw creations which have a uniquely Malaysian flavour such as Bunga Telang Ice Cream, Ciku Pudding with Dragon Fruit Coulis and Spicy Malaysian Mango Tartare. She is known for conducting fun, interactive food workshops, demonstrations and private consultation sessions across US, Asia, Europe & Australia. She is a Certified Raw Food Teacher by Karen Knowler International. Available for collaborations, demonstrations and recipe development.
