At 34 years old I was emotionally exhausted from the frustrations of being medically disabled, and my own emotional baggage from my past. One day I decided to try a guided meditation for the first time. I ended up going into a deep trance for 3hrs! When I woke up I began to feel better, and my medical issues started going away. It was this revelation that inspired me to discover the power of the mind, and help others heal through what I have found.
