I just love to experiment in the kitchen and win the challenges like "what to cook", "there is no time", "nothing in the pantry". I am also that annoying child with "whys & how's" who wants to know everything and always eager to learn from experts. I started my food blog to document my recipes which are mostly easy to cook as I always felt the shortage of time in contemporary lifestyle.
