Traditionally, outdoor cooking has been our thing in West Africa. It has again always been fun. So, an out-of-doors makeshift kitchen set-up a better organized (checkcheck joint style) in a public place is the set. This show will be a real cooking competition in which the general public (on set) gets the opportunity to participate and collectively decide which contestant should win the competition on each show.
