Welcome to Wholistic Womban: Living Balanced! A community for wom(b)an to feel seen and know that they as a wom(b)an come first. When I created Wholistic Womban it was during a time where I began to stand in my power as a wom(b)an, as Christina Crowder, who was more than just a mother, student, and partner. I lost who I was and had no clue what I liked to do or even how to spend time with myself. It was until I attended a yoga class and I began finding myself, I began to become FREE.” Yoga is more than a physical workout, it is life, it is your breath, it is Freedom!
