He has been recognized by the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) and Indian Institute of Millets Research (IIMR), Hyderabad. He is currently working as a Block Agriculture Officer in the Department of Agriculture & Farmers' Empowerment, Govt. of Odisha. He is promoting Millets from Farm to Plate so that the goodness of Millets is reached many people. He is on a mission to take the Millets to Millions. He is looking after the implementation of the Odisha Millet Mission on the ground level. He is helping farmers from Sowing to Harvesting by imparting training and providing Advisory Services to SHGs, Millet Entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders in the Millet Value Chain.
