Here at Tone and Talk I post bootylicious butt workouts, sexy ab routines, circuits for long lean legs and tons of other workout videos. I am a mom to twin toddlers and I was not always on my workout game. One day I said "hell with this," got busy working out and it inspired me to share my workouts with you. It's really hard to get motivated sometimes, and people don't always have your back out there, so want this channel to serve as a meeting place for like minded people.
